Terms and Conditions

  • Seat Availability: Limited to 10 teams.
  • Team Composition: Maximum of 5 members per team.
  • Development Start Time: The hackathon will commence at 08:30 AM.
  • Review Process: Evaluation will begin at 01:30 PM.
  • Presentation Requirements: Each team must present their work to a professional panel.
  • Completion Deadline: All deliverables must be finalized within the allocated time frame.

What We Expect:

  • A working prototype of the solution.
  • A comprehensive marketing plan.
  • A live demonstration of the prototype.
  • A detailed outline of future implementation plans.

Scope of the Hackathon

  • Development Flexibility: Participants may develop their solutions using any programming language or framework they choose.
  • Online Accessibility: Solutions must be accessible online; purely desktop applications will not be accepted.
  • Software as a Service (SaaS): Solutions should be designed and described as SaaS (Software as a Service).
  • Mobile Applications: Mobile applications are also welcome and encouraged.
  • Use of Components: Contestants are free to use any software or hardware components to develop their solutions. However, Sanmark Solutions will not take any responsibility for these components.
  • Infrastructure and Support: Sanmark Solutions will not provide any infrastructure or supportive materials necessary for solution development, with the exception of Internet access.
